Websites, tools, content, ads, whatever the thing actually needs. I did it for an ecommerce business I grew from $0 to $100M at Huawei, for 70 domains at RumbleOn, and for a stack of side projects nobody asked me to build. AI handles most of the grunt work now, which is the only reason one person can ship this much.

Websites
I design it, build it, and ship it. This site, NailedIt.ai, twoweeks.lol, and a vacation rental company's whole content pipeline all run on code I wrote.
Traffic
Keyword research, programmatic pages, technical SEO. MadeLoud went to 500,000 monthly visitors and 80,000 members on organic search alone. SizzlePop does 15,000 visits a month the same way.
Content and social
Blog posts, newsletters, social. I build the agents that draft and schedule it, then I edit. The writing still has to sound like a person.
Ads
I ran a multimillion dollar performance budget across 70 domains at RumbleOn with a team of 14. Cost per acquisition down 50%, conversion rate up 100%, volume up 400%.

How I work
I’d rather show you a working thing than a deck.
For 18 years I asked the same question at every company I worked at: what is the system that makes this grow? At Huawei it was an ecommerce platform and a team of nine. At LeEco it was thousands of programmatic landing pages. At MadeLoud it was eight years of writing about bands nobody covered.
The question hasn’t changed. What changed is how fast I can answer it. A tool that would have taken a quarter and three engineers now takes an afternoon, so I build first and argue about it later.
